IRA Infinity ("IRA AI", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website irainfinity.com and the IRA AI AI copywriting application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

• Account details: name and email address when you register.
• Content you create: prompts, briefs, and any text or business information you enter into the app to generate AI copy.
• Communications: anything you send us via the Contact form or support email.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation history, and approximate timestamps.
• Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, primarily for security (fraud prevention, abuse detection) and to keep the Service working correctly.

2.3 Information from payment processing

When you subscribe to a paid plan or buy a credit top-up, our payment partners (Razorpay and/or Stripe) collect and process your payment details directly — see Payment Information below.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service you signed up for.
• To generate the AI copy outputs you request.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related emails (receipts, renewal reminders, trial-conversion notices).
• To send essential account and service emails (OTP/login codes, password resets, payment confirmations).
• To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations, including those relating to payment processing and tax records.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Payment Information

All card, UPI, net-banking, and wallet payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partners, currently Razorpay Software Private Limited (for INR/India payments) and Stripe (for international/USD payments). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers at any time.

We retain only the information needed to reconcile your purchase with your account: the transaction/payment ID, the amount and currency charged, the plan or credit pack purchased, and the payment status. Razorpay's and Stripe's own privacy policies govern how they handle the payment details you enter on their checkout screens.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Razorpay, Stripe), and the AI model providers we use to generate copy on your behalf. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IRA AI, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections described here.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations (including payment records, which are typically retained for several years as required under Indian financial regulations). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Your Rights below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You can:

• Access and update your account information from your Account page.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we're legally required to retain (e.g. payment/tax records).
• Unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time (transactional emails like OTPs, receipts, and security notices cannot be opted out of while your account is active).

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies/session storage to keep you logged in and to protect your account (CSRF protection). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
