Shipping & Delivery Policy

IRA AI is a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. This page explains how digital access and credits are "delivered" instead.
1. No Physical Shipping
IRA AI provides access to an online AI copywriting application. There are no physical goods, packaging, or couriers involved at any stage of a purchase, so standard shipping terms (shipping address, carrier, transit time, shipping fees) do not apply to any plan or top-up pack we sell.
2. Delivery of Digital Access
- Subscription plans: upon successful payment, your account is upgraded and your monthly credit allowance is added automatically — typically within a few seconds, and almost always within 5 minutes. You'll also receive an email confirmation.
- Top-up credit packs: credits are added to your existing balance instantly upon successful payment, on top of your subscription credits, and do not expire.
- Trial activations: trial credits are added immediately after your trial payment is confirmed by Razorpay.
You can always check your current credit balance and plan status from your Account page.
3. If Delivery Doesn't Happen
In rare cases — a network hiccup, a closed browser tab, or a delay relaying confirmation from our payment gateway — your payment may succeed but your credits may take a few extra minutes to appear, since our system automatically reconciles successful payments in the background even if the confirmation page didn't load for you. If your credits still haven't appeared 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact us at support@irainfinity.com with your payment ID (from your confirmation email) and we'll resolve it promptly — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if we can't.
