1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and IRA Infinity, a [Private Limited Company] ("IRA AI", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the website and application at irainfinity.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

IRA AI is an AI-assisted copywriting tool that helps users generate marketing and advertising copy (such as ad copy, headlines, scripts, and related content) based on prompts and information the user provides. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or credit-pack basis as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person/business, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

4. Plans, Credits & Trials

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allotment of generation "credits" that resets on your billing date and does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Top-up credit packs, where offered, are added on top of your plan balance, are charged once, and do not expire.

Where a trial is offered (for example, an introductory ₹1 trial on the Starter plan), the trial terms — including its duration, the trial price, and the regular price that applies once the trial ends — are shown to you before you confirm payment. If a trial includes automatic conversion to a paid subscription, this is also disclosed before you authorize payment, consistent with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Some plans (currently the Starter plan) use an automatic payment mandate (e-mandate/UPI Autopay via Razorpay) to renew without requiring you to re-enter payment details each cycle. You can cancel this mandate at any time from your Account page.
• Prices are shown in INR (via Razorpay) or USD (via Stripe) depending on the payment method you choose, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• It's your responsibility to ensure your payment method stays valid. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights of publicity.
• Generate spam, deceptive advertising, or content that violates the advertising policies of the platforms you intend to publish it on.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, or circumvent usage/credit limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, as described in Suspension & Termination.

7. AI-Generated Content & Your Responsibilities

The Service uses AI models to generate copy based on your prompts. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and legally clearing any output before you publish or use it commercially — including checking it against applicable advertising regulations, platform policies, and intellectual property rights. IRA AI does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

As between you and IRA AI, you own the output you generate using the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the rights of any underlying AI model providers we use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by IRA Infinity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) and AI model providers, to operate. Your use of payment features is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the extent permitted by law) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular marketing or business result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRA Infinity and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law or by our payment partners. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us or, where applicable, using the cancellation option in your Account page. Cancellation terms — including what happens to unused credits and trial periods — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
